Whether you choose daytime or overnight care, doulas are there to answer your questions, ease your anxieties, and provide evidence based support for you and your family. All doulas that partner with our collective are trained in lactation and feeding support, and can help new parents navigate the joys and challenges of breast or bottle feeding. Whichever path you choose to nourish your baby, your doula is there to support you in those decisions and help you succeed. Sleep is also an essential component to a harmonious postpartum period; there is no restoration without rest. Mile High Doulas partners with doulas that specialize in sleep support and coaching to help your family establish healthy, developmentally appropriate routines. We also require that any doula we refer to families agrees to follow Safe Sleep practices. Mile High Doulas will rconnect you to vetted support so can be the best parent you can be!

Mile High Doulas owners and partner doulas work to facilitate and speak at multiple New Parent Support Groups in our local communities. These groups will be a place to connect with other families, ask questions about baby care, and hear directly from guest speakers on common areas of concern like sleep, childcare solutions, and feeding challenges. Virtual classes are also offered upon request. Please check out our socials for locations, dates and times. We hope to see you there!

Here at Mile High Doulas, we understand that the postpartum period can feel overwhelming. That is why one of our main goals is to make this time as stress-free and enjoyable for you as possible! We currently work alongside a variety of practitioners within Colorado, so we can easily get you connected to the resources you need and deserve. Please check out our resource page for more information. All providers listed on the website or referred to directly are independent service providers.

Kali has been an invaluable support person for our entire family. She started with our family as our night doula when our daughter was 1.5 weeks old, seamlessly integrating herself into a routine with overnight support.

Before our identical twin boys arrived, Jamie visited us at our house and discussed how she works with families. Her flexibility, expertise and positive attitude put us at ease.

The nights Marie would come and help were what my husband and I most looked forward to during the week because we knew we’d have trusted support and that we would get much needed sleep.
