My wife and I hired Jamie and Kali when she was around 18 weeks pregnant. We knew we wanted some overnight support, as my wife also works in the birth world. I cannot say enough how much they both transformed our experience in those first few difficult weeks after welcoming our son. We always looked forward to the nights when they would be working because our laundry would be done, we would wake up to tasty snacks and a clean kitchen sink, my wife and I would both get some much-needed sleep, and most importantly, our son would be incredibly well cared for. Both doulas were knowledgeable about breast and bottle feeding with severe oral restrictions, and helped us perform stretches on his mouth after we got them released. They were very flexible with us as our needs evolved and even stepped in to help with our son during a family emergency. We are still great friends with both Jamie and Kali, and canāt thank them enough for the help!

We contacted Marie prior to the birth of my first born to help with education and also for postpartum care. Before having my baby, she came over to our home and gave a thorough overview of her services and various topics around the birthing process and aftercare, which was very reassuring, especially being a first-time mom. After the birth of my daughter, Marie provided overnight care for our infant daughter a few times a week for several weeks. She is caring and knowledgeable, and I never had any doubts that my daughter was in good hands. The first few weeks after birth were a little hazy, so I appreciated having her support and the resources she provided – and of course a few nights a week where I could take a shower in peace and get a better nightās sleep. Overall, I would highly recommend Marie if you are considering a doula for postpartum care.

Where do we even begin? Heather was the absolute best postpartum doula we have ever experienced. Heather was with us for our last 2 pregnancies from the day home from the hospital through about 6-7 months, many nights a week. Heather is experienced, knowledgeable, loving, attentive, trustworthy, reliable (even driving through snow storms to get to us!) and has become a dear friend to our family. I never knew how wonderful it was to have postpartum help until we – hired Heather. The gift of sleep and help with anything around the house and most importantly the loving care she offered to our babies was absolutely priceless. We are grateful for our experience with Heather and would highly recommend her care services to anyone. Thank you Heather!

Marie was fantastic! She helped us as a night doula after the birth of our second and made such a difference. It was not only that she seamlessly handled the entire night ā no small feat since our baby was learning both bottle and breast feeding ā she was really experienced with tongue tied babies like ours so was even able to teach us tricks to help him. The difference between our experience with our first and second was enormous, and a lot of that can be attributed to Marieās calm and competent support ā she allowed mom and dad to get enough rest to handle a toddler on Christmas break as well as a newborn, and still enjoy the process!

From the first time we met Jamie, we knew that she would be a great addition to our growing family! Before our identical twin boys arrived, Jamie visited us at our house and discussed how she works with families. Her flexibility, expertise and positive attitude put us at ease.
Once the babies arrived I had 100% trust in Jamie. We had her help us 3 nights a week for nearly 3 months. She offered her insights and experience when we asked for her advice, but never directed us to do things a certain way. Our babies slept in their own room from the first night home, and she never made us feel like this was a bad parenting decision. She had great advice for setting good sleep habits and getting our little guys to nurse. She showered us with encouragement and showered our boys with love.
I fully credit Jamieās support of our sleep and eating schedule for my ability to get much needed sleep to maintain my sanity in those early weeksā¦ and my partner, too! I was expecting utter chaos overnight, but Jamie kept us on track and helped us stretch feedings when okayed by our pediatrician.
As a first time mom, I would not be where I am today (boys are 6 months, are great eaters and awesome sleepers) without Jamie. I feel so indebted to everything she did for usāshe even came early some nights to give us an opportunity to go out to dinner and feel somewhat normal!
The amount of support Jamie gave us was so valuable. Iām so grateful we found her! And sheās a great cook!

I canāt say enough wonderful things about Marie. She was a lifesaver for our family during the early postpartum days with my daughter. The nights Marie would come and help were what my husband and I most looked forward to during the week because we knew weād have trusted support and that we would get much needed sleep. She was very flexible with her schedule and was always able to work with us to find the best timing for her to come help with overnights.
Marie was a loving and confident doula and I always knew my daughter was in good hands with her. Marie was always open to having conversations with me and workshopping ways to improve naps, nighttime sleep, bottle feeding, pumping, etc. with me and I donāt know that I would have been able to do things as well without her. In my struggle with postpartum anxiety and depression, nights were tough for me because I often felt a debilitating loneliness when I was feeding my daughter or up pumping. I cherish the nights we had with Marie because she helped take that loneliness away and it made me more confident as a mother. She is the absolute best and I highly recommend her!

Heather was a tremendous source of knowledge, patience, guidance, and care after we took our newborn home from the hospital. She became like another member of our family. Not only did she allow me a few hours of consistent sleep through the night, she also spent an hour every evening answering our questions and assuaging our concerns. She is also a great cook whose food is perfect for recovering after childbirth. We are grateful to have worked with Heather and highly recommend her for anyone looking for a postpartum doula.

As a night-time doula, Jamie was invaluable. She would often come during the day to talk to us in advance and see what we needed most. She was humorous, supportive and kind. Not only would she take control of the night, letting us get much needed sleep, she would cook amazing meals that would be ready in the fridge the next morning!
At 5 months our daughter was waking up crying several times a night, sometimes for hours at a time. When we asked Jamie for help, she first talked us through various options and we came to a plan together. Within a week of Jamieās first night of sleep training, our daughter was sleeping through the night. Most importantly, Jamie taught us some basic principles that we rely on whenever her sleep is disrupted by (ex. jet-lag). Our daughter is now a wonderful sleeper.

Kali has been an invaluable support person for our entire family. She started with our family as our night doula when our daughter was 1.5 weeks old, seamlessly integrating herself into a routine with overnight support. We felt an immediate connection with her and instantly trusted her with her calm but confident nature. She helped us navigate a really difficult phase of extreme acid reflux with our newborn and helped see us through to a solution, providing incredible emotional support during that time. Sheās won over our 3 year old son as well and both kids absolutely love when Kali comes over for a date night. We honestly donāt know how we wouldāve made it through this past year without Kaliās genuine care and support.

Jamie truly cared for our daughter as though she were her own. We always felt that our daughter was in good hands and even snuck out for a few date nights on her watch. When we had a medical emergency and I had to go to the ER, Jamie stepped right in (she was the only one who knew our girlās routine well enough to get her to sleep) at a momentās notice. On top of that, Jamie goes above and beyond in just about every imaginable way. She brought over homemade lactation treats, folded laundry and was available to answer any and all questions I had during those first hazy months of parenting. Even now, at 9 months in, we know that if we reached out, weād hear right back. Jamie will feel like a member of your family, and will treat you, your children and your home as if she is! Not only that, but we have a fantastic sleeper, and we give so much credit to her work. If youāre on the fenceāreach out. You will be so glad you did!

Heather was like part of our family for 14 weeks and it is so bittersweet to be āgraduatingā from her wonderful care. We had her help three nights a week with our baby and it was literally a night and day difference compared to how hard it was with our first baby without her. Heather is so knowledgeable and compassionate. I felt so cared for during my postpartum period between her delicious cooking, troubleshooting tips, magic touch with calming the baby, and check ins between shifts. Thanks to having her help overnight, we got guaranteed nights of rest when the rest of my due date group members were lamenting day after day after week of terrible newborn sleep. Her nights were a buoy in the storm and, I believe, truly helped us and our baby get through the first three months with a better outlook and tools to use on our own. Iād give her a 12/5 if I could! Forget the fancy Snoo; treat yourself to Heather!

Kali is a true professional in every aspect and fully embraces her role as your postpartum doula- always on time, friendly, responsive and supportive. She has been with my daughter since day 1 and supported us tremendously from those first few nights home from the hospital to even now, almost a year later. In those early days, Kali was so helpful with breastfeeding support, schedules, and sleep routine, during her evenings with us. I was able to rest comfortably at night knowing she was there to take care of my newborn. She provided detailed feedback after each evening shift, offered advice and information when we asked or had questions, and respected our wishes and desires when it came to our daughter.
She really fit seamlessly into our family (including our dog), and was integral to making that postpartum time less stressful and confusing.
