Debbie is a devoted mother of four grown children with decades of experience in childcare. Supporting families has always been close to her heart, and her true calling lies in newborn care, offering guidance and nurturing support to parents during the critical first months of their baby’s life. While her expertise spans from birth through the teenage years, her greatest passion is helping families navigate the first year of parenthood with confidence and calm.

Debbie specializes in gentle, responsive care that promotes healthy sleep and feeding routines, supports key developmental milestones, and fosters secure attachment. Her calm demeanor and nurturing presence are hallmarks of her work. Known for being confident yet easygoing, she is flexible, adaptable, organized, dependable, and deeply compassionate. Debbie tailors her approach to each family’s unique needs and preferences, delivering personalized care that brings peace of mind during this transformative time.

Her newborn experience is extensive and includes providing overnight, daytime, and 24/7 care; helping establish healthy routines; and staying current on safe sleep practices. Debbie is well-versed in gentle sleep conditioning and swaddling techniques, and she works to support strong parent-infant attachment from the start. She has experience caring for medically fragile babies with needs such as oxygen support, reflux, genetic disorders, feeding aversions, clubbed feet, NG- and G-tubes, delayed walking due to pronation, and hypotonia. Debbie is comfortable with both shared and solo care models and has supported families during both domestic and international travel. She is also experienced in working with high-net-worth and high-profile families with discretion and professionalism.

When she’s not supporting families, Debbie enjoys gardening, Pilates, paddle boarding, interior design, and traveling.
