Yara Trevizo

Yara is a postpartum doula who is all about showing up for families in that wild, wonderful, and sometimes overwhelming time after birth. After navigating her own rocky postpartum experience, she has made it her mission to make sure other parents feel supported, heard, and never alone.

Known for her warm energy and killer listening skills, Yara brings the kind of ‘You Got This!!’ bide every new parent needs. Now back in Colorado with her wife, their almost 3 year old son, and a small pack of lovable dogs, she blends real-life experience with heartfelt care.

Fluent in both Spanish and English, she is especially passionate about supporting marginalized families and making postpartum spaces safe and inclusive. When she is not doula-ing, you can find her thrifting for hidden gems, hanging outside, or experimenting with her grandma’s old recipes. Her goal? To meet you where you are with zero judgement and lots of love.
