Zoey was an incredible support to our family during such a crazy time. Most importantly, she was always so sweet with our little girl—our daughter's face would light up with the biggest smile every time Zoey came over! Zoey was also willing to jump in and help with anything we needed, from laundry and dishes to preparing delicious homemade meals. We feel so lucky to have had her by our side, and would recommend her to anyone! - Alix B.

Zoey is a dedicated postpartum caregiver committed to making life feel smoother and more supported for those raising children. With over a decade of experience in childcare, including teaching in early childhood classrooms and working closely with families in their homes Zoey brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to every caregiving relationship.

Rooted in the belief that all families deserve access to the care they want and need, Zoey’s postpartum practice is affirming and inclusive, especially for parents who may not see themselves reflected in traditional models of family. She centers LGBTQ+ families and their allies in her work and is deeply curious about radical parenting philosophies that challenge the status quo. Guided by the belief that raising kind, sensitive, self-aware children is sacred work, Zoey is passionate about nurturing and supporting the people doing that work every day.

Zoey approaches caregiving with a deep respect for the power of supportive relationships and community care. She believes in the transformative impact of showing up with presence, integrity, and love and holds true to the idea that it takes a village to raise a child. Her practice is grounded in core values of equality, sustainability, accessibility, accountability, simplicity, and love.

As a postpartum doula, Zoey offers daytime support that adapts to each family’s needs, whether it’s preparing nourishing meals for healing, providing emotional space to process the birth experience, caring for a newborn, helping older siblings adjust to new dynamics, or offering gentle household upkeep to ease the daily load. She works in close collaboration with her clients and their support systems to ensure that caregivers are well-rested, nourished, informed, and deeply supported.

Outside of her caregiving work, Zoey finds joy in spending quality time with her chihuahua soulmate Gaia, cooking for her chosen family, obsessing over body mechanics in the gym, and working on cross-stitch projects in cozy coffee shops around town.
